The Axe Game, Branson’s original axe throwing experience, is opening in The Shoppes at Branson Meadows.
The owners of Escape Code are excited to announce a brand new form of family entertainment has arrived in Branson, Missouri.
Branson, MO: The Axe Game, LLC has been under development since early 2018 and is set to open in the coming days in one of two new suites obtained by the owners of Escape Code in The Shoppes at Branson Meadows.
Axe throwing is a rapidly growing entertainment option in the United States and in various parts of the world. At The Axe Game, nine lanes of axe throwing in a professional and comfortable environment will soon be available for teams of two to twelve to reserve. Larger groups will be able to reserve multiple ranges (sets of two lanes) while smaller groups can take advantage of “free throw” lanes.
90-minute sessions are led by trained and engaging axe throwing coaches who will guide teams through lessons on how to safely and effectively throw. As everybody becomes comfortable throwing and sticking their hatchets, their coach will conduct fun, simple, competitive games that will determine the session champion by the time the 90 minutes expire.
The Axe Game founder Amy Burton said, “We are excited to bring a fun and unique activity to the Branson region. We can’t wait to share some friendly competition with both tourists and locals alike!”
John, his wife Amy and five children moved to Branson in 2015 though they have been a part of the area for years. John graduated from Branson High School in 1987 and his father was employed by Silver Dollar City in various leadership positions for 27 years. They have always wanted to return home and become a vital part of the Branson community.
